Invoicing software or billing software is essential for any business to generate invoice and keep track of payment. Without invoicing software, business owner will need to keep track all the invoices, inventory and payment manually required lots of work and effort.
Getting the correct invoicing software or billing software is not an easy job. It required time to search and play around with invoicing software before buy it. Here are some of the tips that can help user to choose the correct invoicing software.

7. Easy generated customer statement - customer statement needed when come to collect money or customer late payment.
8. Network enabled - i'm running a small company with a few colleagues working at the same time in a LAN (local area network). I need a software that can work in LAN so that everyone can access to the invoice software to do their own daily task without any interruption.
9. Backup - in case, anything happen we still have a backup database.
Some others feature might be needed:
1. Inventory control - control the stock level in our store
2. Purchase order - keep track of purchases and inventory
Some may require recurring invoice and inventory maintenance. One thing should be take into consideration that is the cost of the invoicing software. One time payment invoicing software is my first choice. I don't want to pay for my invoicing software every month.
